I stopped by a Xango booth this weekend and the guy I talked to said that Xango has a patent so that no other place in the world can manufacture a mangosteen beverage using the peel. That only the inner fruit is legal for sale in other brands. This doesn’t sound right. How can you patent something that is natural? It’s like putting a patent on banana peels. No one can use banana peels or they will get sued!!
