septemberkaren asked:

Mangosteen juice supposedly contains xanthones which is supposed to help with joint functioning, immune system, and seasonal respiratory symtoms, etc. Just wanted to know if anyone has noticed health benefits from drinking it.

I have had Mangosteen juice. It’s good. It helps with your skelatel system (stops inflammation of intestines), cardiovascular system (prevents hardening of the arteries) and your immune system (anti-viral, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial….it has twice the effect as regular products). I hope that helps.
