The Mangosteen fruit is one of a kind. Along with XanGo. They are the first to market and the category Creator. All the other companies I believe use a concentrate. (they have taken most if not all the nutritional value out of it) Not only that but they look and taste nasty to. My family (all 7 of us) have included XanGo in our daily diet.
